Welcome to MIBSA Online, the official Motor Industry MIB (Manufacturer, Importer, Builder) portal to eNaTIS, created specifically for the introduction of new motor vehicles online and in real time to eNaTIS, and incorporates the printing of the NVM form for SABS Submission, and the subsequent release of the vehicles to Dealers.
Users simply capture all new vehicle details, click ‘Submit’ and, for a minimal fee, the new Vehicle Register Number and Certificate Number is issued immediately. Users can then print or email the report, which includes all captured vehicle details as well as the newly issued Vehicle Register Number and Certificate Number. No more queuing in the local Licensing Office...
